"Coming across Linda's cookbook "Let's Get Started Eating Raw Foods" was an exciting event for me. I had been following a raw food lifestyle for a little over two years. I was thrilled to find recipes using raw and common ingredients put together in such a way that my non vegan, non vegetarian family and friends would enjoy. I immediately talked to Linda and asked her to come and speak to our support group known as the "24 Carrot Club."
We are a group of approximately 14 ladies who get together twice a month to encourage each other in our quest for
better health. Linda came and not only spoke, she prepared some wonderful raw recipes. She wowed us with her
Raw Lasagna with Raw Marinara Sauce sprinkled with her vegan Parmesan Cheese, her Cheezy Bean Dip, Raw Apple Pie
and a couple of tastes of what is to come in her new book which we are all eagerly anticipating. I highly recommend her recipe
book even for the seasoned vegetarian and anyone starting to try to eat raw will find it to be a most helpful tool.

I just wanted to write and thank you for your cookbook. My mom who is 79 has been battling
pancreatic cancer and this recipe book has made a world of difference. Everything in your
book has been a hit, especially the cheese dip. Congratulations on a great book. It has really
